Too Faced always comes out with fun new palettes that keep my makeup routine interesting. The latest palette is the Too Faced Love Palette. There are 15 shades total in this palette. I like how the palette breaks up into groups of 5, so essentially you get 3 separate quints out of the entire palette. I just want to put it out there that this palette is so intense and gorgeous. The sun was shining bright the day I was taking these pictures and I had a ridiculously hard time focusing in on the shades. All the shimmers and shines kept making my lens go crazy! LOL
Create your own love story with endless, passionately pretty eye looks. This love-worthy eye collection features fifteen silky shadows in shimmer, pearl and matte finishes. Innovative slurry powder technology creates velvety, smooth and soft pigments that offer multidimensional, intense color payoff. From flirtatious neutrals to romantic pinks and passionate emeralds, this palette allows you to create limitless looks that anyone will fall head over heels for.
The first group of shades, i.e. mini palette, has warn neutrals. Think golds, chocolate, peaches. This is perfect for those bronzy summer days. The gold in the palette is super metallic. The unique shade from this bunch would go to the center shade, the orange-y peach.
The 2nd group of shades from this palette are pinks and purples. I think this is a very romantic group from the palette and can create a sweet look for anytime, day or night. The dark shade makes a perfect smokey eye and the mid-tone matte shade really helps tone down the shimmer and create something that is very wearable.
The 3rd group of shades includes a green and some really pretty champagne shades along with a black that has some irridescent sparkles in it. That green is life and very well may be my very favorite shade from the entire palette.
This palette includes a black waterproof eyeliner that is really fantastic. It lasts on my lash line, and those six words are probably the best things I could say about any black liner. Almost NO black eyeliners stay put on my overly watery eyes. It is nice and creamy so it transfers onto the eyes really easily.
Here is a look I created using a few shades from the entire palette. Told you I loved that green! LOL
The Too Faced Love Palette retails for $49 and you can buy it at TooFaced.com, Ulta, Macy’s, and of course Sephora!
